The floor of the cooler is an important part. The best possible insulation is achieved when the systems are installed on a level, concrete floor. If you currently have a wooden floor, you can choose to replace it with another type of insulated floor, rather than pouring concrete. Contact your local health department to see if they require certain finishes for your walk-in floor.
